Our Aug. 12-14 faculty retreat at Asbury is full! We’re delighted we had such a robust turnout. We’re looking forward to a fantastic experience with Christina Bieber Lake and in our visit to Berea College.

If you’re planning to be with us, here’s a reminder of the final details. If you have questions, contact us.
Thanks again to our amazing partners at Asbury Theological Seminary, and also at the Center for Transformational Churches at TEDS, for helping support this retreat!
On Monday, those of us staying at the Asbury Inn will gather in the lobby at 4:45pm. If you are not staying at the Inn, you can meet us at Solomon’s Porch at 5:00pm.
Dress
The retreat is a time of relaxation, so feel free to dress comfortably! But it is also a time of joining together in attentiveness to the Lord, so please avoid dress that would undermine that endeavor – we’re going for “relaxed” but also “neat and presentable.”
And remember, the sun does shine in Kentucky in August. If you were with us at our last Asbury retreat, which was in January, don’t use those temperatures as a baseline. Dress for a time of not just spiritual but physical warmth!
